What should be done before using the drilling rig?
1. Mechanical part inspection
Check the appearance of the machine, including whether the body, tires, frame, glass and other parts are damaged or dirty.
Check whether the engine parts are normal, such as water tank, air filter, oil level, belt tightness, etc.
Check whether the steering system and tachometer operate normally and whether there are any abnormal noises.
Check whether the bearings, switches, steering gear, oil pipes and other components are tight and whether they are loose or worn.
2. Hydraulic system inspection
1. Check whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient. If it is lower than the standard liquid level, you must add hydraulic oil.
2. Check the quality of the hydraulic oil. If turbidity or blackening is found, the hydraulic oil must be replaced.
3. Check whether the hydraulic system pipelines, air pipes, hydraulic pipelines, hoses and other parts are aged or damaged.
